getimg.ai Affiliate Program Terms

These Terms govern participation in the getimg.ai Affiliate Program (the "Program"), run on the Dub partner platform. By joining the Program, you ("Partner", "you") agree to these Terms.

Whenever these Terms refer to "getimg.ai", "we", "us", or "our", they mean Webrockets sp. z o.o., the company operating the getimg.ai platform.

1. Joining the Program

1.1. You must apply through signup page and be approved. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion.

1.2. You must be at least 18 years old and able to receive payouts through our payout provider.

1.3. One partner account per person or entity. Duplicate accounts may be closed and their commissions voided.

2. Tracking and attribution

2.1. Referrals are tracked via your unique partner link using a 60-day, last-click cookie. If a visitor clicks your link and purchases within 60 days, and yours was the last qualifying affiliate click, the customer is attributed to you.

2.2. Attribution is deduplicated by customer account. A customer already attributed to another partner, another getimg.ai marketing partnership, or an active sales process is not re-attributed.

2.3. We are not responsible for lost attribution caused by cookie blocking, link modification, or the visitor using a different browser or device.

3. Commissions

3.1. Base rate: 25% of net revenue from each payment made by a referred customer during the 12 months following that customer's first paid purchase.

3.2. Pro rate: 30%, applied once you have 15 or more active referred customers (customers with a currently paid subscription). The Pro rate applies to commission-eligible payments occurring after you qualify, including from previously referred customers. If your active referred customers drop below 15, your rate returns to 25% until you re-qualify.

3.3. Eligible payments: subscription payments, plan upgrades, additional seats, and one-time credit top-ups made by the referred customer within their 12-month commission window.

3.4. Net revenue means the amount we actually receive, excluding VAT and other taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and payment-processing disputes.

3.5. Commissions are calculated in USD. Payments made in other currencies are converted at the rate applied by our billing provider.

4. Partner-referral bonus

4.1. You earn a one-time $50 bonus for each new partner who (a) signs up through your partner-referral link, (b) is approved into the Program, and (c) earns their first $100 in confirmed commissions.

4.2. The bonus is paid once per referred partner. Referring yourself, your own alternate accounts, or entities you control does not qualify.

5. Payouts

5.1. Commissions enter a 30-day holding period from the date of the underlying customer payment. Commissions on payments that are refunded or charged back during this period are voided.

5.2. Confirmed commissions are paid monthly via the payout methods supported by our partner platform, once your confirmed balance reaches $50 USD. Balances below the minimum roll over.

5.3. You are responsible for any taxes on your commission income and for providing accurate payout and tax information. We may withhold payouts until required information is provided.

6. Promotion rules

You agree not to:

6.1. Refer yourself, your own company, or accounts you control ("self-referral").

6.2. Bid on "getimg", "getimg.ai", misspellings, or our brand terms in paid search, or use them in ad display URLs.

6.3. Register domains, social handles, or app names containing our trademarks, or present yourself as getimg.ai or an official representative.

6.4. Publish or distribute unauthorized or fabricated discount/coupon codes, or operate coupon/deal sites targeting our brand without prior written approval.

6.5. Use spam (email, comments, DMs), forced clicks, cookie stuffing, iframes, toolbars/extensions that inject your link, incentivized signups, or purchased/bot traffic.

6.6. Make false or misleading claims about getimg.ai, its pricing, or its capabilities, or promote us on content that is illegal, hateful, or infringing.

6.7. You must disclose your affiliate relationship where legally required (e.g., FTC guidelines and equivalent local rules).

7. Fraud and enforcement

7.1. We may audit referral activity at any time. Where we reasonably determine that commissions arise from violation of these Terms or from fraudulent, artificial, or abusive activity, we may void those commissions, withhold payouts, and/or terminate your participation.

7.2. If fraudulent commissions have already been paid, we may deduct them from future payouts or require repayment.

8. Term and termination

8.1. Either party may end participation at any time. We may terminate immediately for breach of these Terms.

8.2. On termination without breach, confirmed commissions accrued before termination are paid out on the normal schedule (minimum payout waived on the final payment). Commission accrual on your referred customers stops at termination.

8.3. On termination for breach or fraud, unpaid commissions are forfeited.

9. Changes to the Program

9.1. We may modify these Terms, commission rates, or Program mechanics with 30 days' notice via email or dashboard notification. Changes apply prospectively; commissions already confirmed are not reduced retroactively. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9.2. We may suspend or discontinue the Program with 30 days' notice. Section 8.2 applies.

10. General

10.1. You are an independent contractor. Nothing here creates employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture.

10.2. Our total liability under the Program is limited to commissions properly payable to you. We provide the Program "as is" without warranties.

10.3. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts competent for the registered seat of Webrockets sp. z o.o.

10.4. These Terms, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement regarding the Program.
