You’ll always see how many credits an action will use displayed just above the action button, before you confirm it. Credits renew each month based on your subscription.
Yes—but only if you're on a paid plan. All paid subscriptions allow commercial use of the images you create. Images generated on a free plan are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially.

Credits renew on the same day you originally signed up. So if you joined on the 15th, your monthly credits will always be added on the 15th—not the 1st. To check your renewal date, click your username in the top right corner, then go to Billing & Subscription.
