At getimg.ai, we are committed to providing exceptional service through our subscription-based platform. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds of subscriptions. By subscribing to our service, you agree to this policy.
1. Refund Eligibility
You are only eligible for a refund if:
- You have used fewer than 100 credits in current billing period; and
- It has been 3 days or fewer since your subscription start or renewal.
If you have already used more than 100 credits, we cannot offer a refund. This is due to the high costs associated with generative AI. Our upstream providers do not allow us to request refunds for GPU processing time. Consequently, we are unable to reimburse those costs. We also only offer refunds within 3 days of the subscription start or renewal date. After this period, refunds are not possible, regardless of usage. This is because we allocate GPU capacity for each subscriber in advance to ensure fast and reliable service, which means we also incur these costs upfront.
During sign-up, you acknowledge and agree to withhold the right to a refund once you exceed the above usage limits, as these AI-related costs are non-recoverable.
Unused credits are non-refundable and will expire at the end of the billing period in which they were issued.
Refunds are not available for subscriptions purchased at a discounted rate or as part of a promotional offer.
2. Credit balance
When you downgrade your subscription plan, a credit balance may appear on your account. This credit is typically held for future subscription charges.
If you prefer not to keep this balance for future use, you may request a refund of any remaining credit. Please contact our support team with your account details to initiate this process.
3. Technical Issues
If technical issues on our end prevent you from using the service, please contact our support team. We may, at our discretion, provide a refund or extend your subscription. We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your equipment, internet connection, or third-party services.
4. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been overcharged, contact us within 30 days of the transaction. Upon verification, we will refund the overcharged amount. Ensure your billing information is accurate to prevent errors. We are not liable for failed charges due to incorrect information.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you notice unauthorized charges, contact us immediately. We encourage you to resolve any billing disputes by contacting our support team before initiating a chargeback.
6. How to Request a Refund
To discuss refund eligibility, contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and a description of the issue. Refund requests are processed within 25 business days. Approved refunds may take additional time to reflect on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes via email or through the service interface.
