Head to the Model Trainer through the tool menu or by clicking here. Make sure "Style" is selected as your model type and give it a distinctive name.
Providing 10-20 high-quality images of different objects, people and scenes in your target Style will usually give the best results. Press "Train model" when you're all set.
Once your Style is trained, open the AI Generator's Essential mode and set FLUX.1 [dev] as the base model. Then, choose your custom aesthetic from the Style menu within the prompt box.
